Main Responsibilities
Support reservation agents with individual reservations and enquiries.
Adhere to hotel SOPS and company policies.
Ensure the highest level of customer service at all times.
Contribute to yield management to achieve accommodation targets and maximum occupancy in both hotels.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory control for rooms.
Utilise the hotel direct CMS, OTA extranets and channel manager for rate listing, guest communications and post-stay feedback.
Assist Manager with departmental reporting for both properties.
Manage rate codes, group booking platform and system utilisation.
Support Departmental Manager with day-to-day running of the department for both properties.
Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel environment.
Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Flexibility in day-to-day job demands.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Work well within a team environment and also be able to use own initiative.
