CorkProjects: ResidentialAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our team, working on residential projects across West Cork. This is a hybrid role combining technical drawing, property surveys, site involvement, and project management.The role would suit someone with experience on construction sites who is looking to develop their technical and project management skills further. You will be involved in projects from planning through construction and completion, with a mix of home working, office-based work in Bantry, and regular site visits.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing planning drawings, construction details, and site layouts using AutoCADAssisting with planning permission and construction documentationCarrying out property surveys and preparing associated reports as requiredVisiting sites to monitor progress, record construction stages, and review works with clients and buildersManaging contractors and trades on behalf of clients in a Project Manager roleLiaising with clients, builders, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycleRequirements and ExperienceWe recognise that no candidate will meet every requirement listed below.
