Director of Business Operations
We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Operations to drive the strategic direction of our business operations.
1. System and Tool Management:
* Evaluate current SSU tools and systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
2. Business Needs Assessment:
* Work closely with SSU leadership and teams to identify gaps, challenges, and inefficiencies in current processes.
* Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders to prioritize tool and system development efforts.
3. Innovation and Development:
* Design and propose innovative tools and solutions that address business needs and improve process efficiency.
* Partner with GDIT, DADs teams, or other relevant departments to develop and implement new tools and systems.
4. Reporting and Analytics:
* Maintain and improve existing SSU reports to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
* Develop new reporting mechanisms to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
* Serve as the primary point of contact between SSU and technical teams.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating training and user adoption.
6. Continuous Improvement:
* Drive continuous improvement by shaping Veeva solutions and Regeneron tools.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to SSU operations.
7. Leadership & Team Collaboration:
* Lead meetings with cross-functional teams and facilitate discussion.
* Presents to the Regeneron Steering Committee to request endorsement of system enhancements.
