The role offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work on a multi-year IAM transformation programme.The successful candidate will work closely with security, infrastructure, application, and compliance teams to ensure secure, compliant, and seamless identity services across critical financial platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentity Access Management (IAM)Provide BAU support for Ping Identity platforms, including:PingFederatePingAccessPingIDManage authentication, authorization, federation, and SSO services for banking and asset management applicationsEnsure high availability, performance, and security of IAM servicesMigration ModernisationSupport and execute the migration of applications from Ping to Microsoft EntraDesign and implement authentication flows using:SAML 2.0OAuth 2.0OpenID Connect (OIDC)Re-platform legacy federation and access models into Entra-native architecturesAssist with application onboarding, testing, and cutover planningMicrosoft Entra / Azure ADConfigure and manage:Microsoft Entra IDConditional Access policiesMFA and identity protectionEnterprise ApplicationsIntegrate Entra with cloud and on-prem systemsApply Zero Trust and least-privilege principlesSecurity, Compliance OperationsEnsure IAM solutions meet financial services security and regulatory requirementsSupport audits, access reviews, and compliance initiativesMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve IAM-related incidentsMaintain documentation, runbooks, and operational proceduresStakeholder CollaborationWork with application owners, security teams, and infrastructure teamsProvide technical guidance and IAM best practicesParticipate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills ExperienceCore Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Ping Identity(PingFederate, PingAccess, PingID)Proven experience with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)Deep understanding of:SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID ConnectIdentity federation and SSO architecturesExperience migrating IAM platforms or applications between identity providersDomain ExperienceExperience working in banking, financial services, or asset management environmentsUnderstanding of security, compliance, and regulatory constraints in FSAdditional Technical Skills (Preferred)Azure platform knowledgeIAM automation using PowerShell or scriptingCertificate management and PKIExperience with CIAM or workforce IAM modelsSoft SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work independently in a fully remote setupStructured, detail-oriented approach to IAM and securityComfortable operating in long-term BAU and transformation environmentsEligibility RequirementsMust be based in IrelandMust have valid Irish work authorisationAble to work fully remote while supporting Irish/European stakeholders
