Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to sales staff
* Process and follow up customer inquiries in an efficient manner
* Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
* Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding product sourcing and delivery
* Liaise with external sales representatives to ensure accurate and efficient customer quotes and orders
* Build and maintain successful customer relationships, focusing on long-term loyalty
* Build and maintain successful supplier relationships
Requirements
* Detailed knowledge of Building Materials or Heating Products
* Microsoft Office experience and familiarity with accounts computerised systems
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Able to meet deadlines and work independently
* Excellent attention to detail
