About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Data Entry Clerk
to support daily administrative and operational activities. The role involves maintaining accurate records, updating digital databases, and ensuring all information is entered correctly and efficiently. You'll work closely with internal teams to make sure documentation and reporting are always up to date.
Key Responsibilities
* Enter, update, and verify information in company databases and spreadsheets
* Maintain data accuracy and consistency across all platforms
* Review documents for errors or missing information
* Prepare and organize files for reporting and auditing purposes
* Support administrative and operational tasks when required
* Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
* Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is an advantage but not mandatory
* Eligibility to work in Ireland
