Job Description
The role of the People and Culture Administrator involves providing key administrative support across all areas of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, changes, and leavers. This position is vital in maintaining accurate human resources data, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting in the efficient delivery of People and Culture services through effective use of data analytics, systems, and processes.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact for the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
* Manage employee records and People and Culture documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.
* Support recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling, reference checks, and contract preparation.
* Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including managing probation tracking and exit administration.
* Monitor and maintain Garda vetting records and support vetting audits.
* Provide regular People and Culture reports on headcount, turnover, training, and leave data.
* Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee changes.
* Administer employee benefits, including pension and purchase schemes.
* Respond to People and Culture queries and monitor shared inboxes, escalating issues where necessary.
* Support People and Culture projects and initiatives, contributing to continuous process improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Educational background in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent relevant work experience.
* At least 35 years of experience ideally in a similar People and Culture administrative role.
* Strong HRIS knowledge, preferably with experience using Cezanne.
* Expertise in data analytics and processes with a systems mindset.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
* High level of confidentiality and discretion.
* Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
