Regional Director South East Cpl Healthcare is inviting applications for the position of Regional Director within an established national organisation delivering high-quality residential, respite, outreach, and day services to children and adults with medium to profound disabilities, including individuals with life-limiting conditions.Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.Based in the South East region of Ireland, the Regional Director will provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary workforce comprising Social Care Managers, Social Care Workers, Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants, supported by a range of allied health professionals including Psychologists, Behavioural Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech and Language Therapists.This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on continuous quality improvement.The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and monitoring quality benchmarks, implementing best practice standards, and regularly evaluating service outcomes to ensure the delivery of person-centred, high-quality care and optimal outcomes for service users.The ideal candidate will have: A primary degree in Social Care, Healthcare, or an equivalent discipline at honours level, meeting the eligibility criteria for registration as a Social Care Worker with CORU.Minimum of four years experience in a senior management role, ideally supported by an additional management or business qualification, with a proven track record of leading and managing teams, preferably at regional level.Demonstrate extensive experience within the disability sector, including residential services, across public, voluntary, or private settings.Experience in service development and engagement with HSE CHO personnel is highly desirable.Provide evidence of strategic, proactive, and independent leadership, with the ability to balance operational service delivery with long-term planning.Have experience working with HIQA, including building and maintaining effective relationships with regulatory bodies and key stakeholders.Hold a full, clean manual driving licence with eligibility to drive in Ireland.Have full eligibility and availability to work in Ireland without restriction.
