THE ROLE
We are seeking to appoint a Line Manager for ______, responsible for supporting and leading a department and team to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Lead and coach your team to ensure excellent service, standards, and product availability.
2. Achieve all key performance indicators for your departments.
3. Make daily decisions that support your team’s success.
4. Implement and oversee the training plan, ensuring all colleagues are trained, validated, and have current training records.
5. Ensure department routines and systems are completed accurately and timely.
6. Plan seasonal, trade, and promotional activities to maximize sales and impact.
7. Maintain all safety and legal routines, addressing any issues proactively.
8. Communicate the importance of objectives, conduct regular reviews, and facilitate career development discussions.
9. Provide coaching and feedback to improve team skills and performance.
10. Create an environment that encourages innovation and personal growth.
11. Model a customer-centric and colleague-friendly culture.

Minimum Requirements
* Previous management experience.

* Retail experience preferred.
