Overview
Join to apply for the Infab Warehouse Operative role at DB Schenker. This role is part of the DB Schenker integration with DSV and supports logistics operations in a customer cleanroom environment.
Location: Leixlip, Co. Kildare
Hours: 4 on 4 off, days and nights rotating.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Receive and track deliveries from offsite warehousing, ensuring 100% accountability and inventory accuracy.
* Efficiently control customer dock activities, supporting material handling and ensuring smooth operations.
* Facilitate the return of materials from the customer site to the offsite warehouse, ensuring proper packing, labelling, and documentation.
* Maintain clean and organized dock, elevator, vestibule, and laydown areas in line with customer standards.
* Adhere to health and safety practices, including wearing PPE and participating in safety programs.
* Follow quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with SOPs and customer expectations.
* Assist with inventory tasks, including cycle-counting and resolving delivery discrepancies to reduce delays.
About You
* Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards.
* Effective communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexible and adaptable, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
* Proficient in using inventory management systems and tools.
