Account Manager
Cpl's client, a rapidly growing Irish organisation, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. Their client list includes high-profile organisations such as Meta, Amazon, and Deloitte.

The Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be a key part of the sales operations team, responsible for developing existing client accounts, sourcing new clients, and business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide pricing/quotations for clients and analyse their specific needs
* Research and report on competitor offerings and market trends
* Assist with branding/marketing initiatives and deliver on individual sales/KPI targets
* Manage incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and create detailed project briefs
* Oversee quoting phase transitions and convert opportunities into confirmed sales or active jobs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
* Take ownership of issue resolution and maintain clear communication with clients
Requirements:
* 3rd level degree qualified in business studies, marketing, or a related discipline
* 2-3+ years' experience in a similar sales and account management role
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with corporate clients
* Proven ability to self-manage and take ownership of sales projects
* A seasoned professional with a proven track record in B2B customer-facing roles
* Results-oriented with a passion for building strong client relationships
* Project and/or event management experience
* Experience working in high-pressure environments
* Polished communicator with excellent communication skills
* Strong analytical skills combined with a positive and energetic demeanour
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
