Job Title:

About the Role:
The primary objective of this position is to increase revenue and maximise yield within the Meetings and Events Segment, encompassing rooms, conferences, banqueting, room hire, and food & beverage services.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist with administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Manage communication effectively, including answering calls and responding to correspondence in a timely manner.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records by organising and filing documents efficiently.
* Prioritise tasks and participate in projects to support daily activities and contribute to the overall success of the team.
