Key Responsibilities Leadership & Coaching: Manage and motivate your team to meet customer needs, fostering a \"right first time\" culture through coaching and continuous development. Business Growth: Drive new customer acquisition and manage business development activities, working closely with SME Managers and Territory Sales Leaders. Customer Excellence: Promote our Omni-channel model, ensuring customers receive seamless service whether they interact with us in-person or digitally. Operational Integrity: Oversee the risk and control agenda, ensuring full compliance with industry standards and internal policies. Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and key stakeholders to enhance our market presence. Requirements Essential: Qualified Financial Adviser (QFA): Full QFA status with up-to-date CPD hours is mandatory. Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in retail finance sales and service, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales-focused team. Business Development: A strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving lead generation.
