Are you a sales professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Our client, a leading and well-established motor sales group, is seeking a Car Sales Executive to join their high-performing team in Baldonnell.
Operating from a modern, progressive showroom and part of one of Ireland's largest automotive retail groups (with 9 locations across Dublin and Wicklow), this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your sales career with a trusted brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sell both new and used vehicles from the Škoda & Ford range, including EV and PHEV models
2. Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover and follow-up
3. Present finance and insurance options (e.g. PCP) and refer customers to the Business Manager as required
4. Work with the sales and marketing team on campaigns and showroom promotions
5. Manage customer communications and journey using dealership CRM systems (e.g. Kerridge)
6. Stay informed on vehicle features, pricing, and industry trends
What You'll Bring
7. Minimum of 3 years' experience in any sales role (B2C or B2B) with a proven ability to hit targets
8. A customer-first mindset and strong closing/negotiation skills
9. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
10. Confidence presenting finance options like PCP (training provided)
11. Good IT skills and willingness to work with CRM and digital platforms
12. Full, clean driving licence
13. Fluent English (spoken and written)
14. Must be an EEA/UK citizen or hold an unrestricted work permit (this role is not eligible for sponsorship)

Schedule:
8-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday (with a day off during the week)
Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Baldonnell, Co. Dublin before starting
