We are seeking a motivated sales professional with a technical background to partner with us on a growing team that specializes in medical device projects with international reach.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients while identifying and engaging new customers through proactive outreach.
* Represent the company at trade shows, site visits, and customer meetings, with some travel across Europe expected.
* Research and identify potential customers, arranging sales calls and meetings to further business development.
* Deliver technical product demonstrations, facility tours, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Prepare quotations and manage customer follow-ups to ensure timely and effective communication.
* Support contract processes, including review of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
* Collaborate with project teams by joining regular customer calls to stay informed and provide updates.
* Stay up-to-date on new products and industry trends to remain competitive and provide valuable insights.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales logs to track progress and measure success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Business Engineering or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum 3 years experience in consultative sales, ideally in MedTech manufacturing or software.
* Proven ability to build relationships and influence technical and commercial stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
* Strong technical interest in engineering, manufacturing, or mechanical systems.
* Excellent communication, networking, and active listening skills.
* Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
