Role Requirements
Requirements for the role include 2+ years' experience in business systems analysis, documentation, or reporting development, proficiency in Fluid Topics, Jira, DITA/CCMS, Python, and/or CSS preferred, and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
Understanding of AI workflows and data integration principles, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field are also required.
