Due to success and new business they are recruiting for Mig and Tig Welders.
Your new role Due to continued expansion our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented tig welders as well as mig welders.
You will play a crucial role in producing high-precision welds for various materials, ensuring that all work meets strict industry standards.
This position involves working with stainless steel, aluminium, and other metals, requiring excellent attention to detail and strong welding skills.
You will interpret technical drawings and welding symbols to accurately complete welds according to specifications.
Ensure all welds are of high quality, with proper penetration, clean surfaces, and precise dimensions.
Inspect and test welded parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production deadlines and specifications.
Troubleshoot welding issues and adjust techniques as needed to achieve optimal to Fri 40 hrs What you'll need to succeed Ideally you will have proven experience as a TIG Welder or MIG, with expertise in welding various metals.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
Strong understanding of welding processes, materials, and equipment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
