Process Development Engineer Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Process Development Engineer to join our team in Shannon, Ireland. As a Process Development Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and scaling up high vacuum purification processes for emitter and host materials.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering or a related field, with experience in process development, optimization and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring that all processes are efficient, reliable, scalable and compliant with environmental, health and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
* Design, develop and scale-up high vacuum purification processes
* Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reliability
* Troubleshoot technical issues related to processes, materials and equipment
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
* Present findings and recommendations at team meetings
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for process validation, quality control and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in process development and scale-up
* Strong expertise in process development, optimization and troubleshooting
* Experience working in a cleanroom environment
* Knowledge of EHS standards and regulatory compliance
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
* Excellent documentation and communication skills
