We're now looking for an ambitious, organised, and solutions-driven Account Manager to join our in-office team and help manage a growing roster of exciting clients.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with agency or brand-side experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll play a central role in client management, campaign coordination, and cross-functional team alignment.
Your focus will be on ensuring every project runs smoothly – from the first briefing to the final report – while building strong client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and results.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for your assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail and proactive communication
Oversee the delivery of multiple projects and campaigns at once, managing timelines, budgets, and expectations
Work closely with our creative, strategy, content, and influencer teams to bring campaigns to life, from ideation to execution
Brief internal teams clearly and confidently, helping translate client objectives into creative outputs
Attend client meetings, campaign shoots, and activations to provide on-the-ground support
Deliver regular updates and post-campaign reports, showcasing campaign performance, insights, and ROI
Continuously look for ways to improve workflows, add value to client accounts, and contribute to overall agency growth
What We're Looking For
1+ years experience in a client-facing role within a digital, creative, or social media agency environment
Strong understanding of digital platforms – including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging trends across the digital and creator economy
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills – capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines without compromising quality
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within a fast-paced agency
A collaborative attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally with creatives, strategists, and content producers
Passion for bringing ideas to life and helping brands thrive in the digital space
Bonus Points For
Experience with reporting tools or campaign management platforms
Familiarity with influencer marketing or social content production workflows
Prior experience working on multi-market or international campaigns
