About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our estate.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent leadership and management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our operations are running smoothly, efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage and coordinate the activities of our front-of-house, food and beverage and conference and banqueting departments
* To oversee the implementation of SOPs across all departments
* To conduct regular operations meetings to ensure smooth communication between teams
* To identify staff learning needs and develop strategies for their growth and development
Requirements
* Previous experience in a senior operations role in a 4/5-star property
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Strong attention to detail and commercial knowledge
* Ability to motivate and lead a strong team
