Temporary Higher Executive Officers
We are seeking highly capable and motivated Higher Executive Officers as we work with a number of public bodies based in Dublin. Reporting to and supporting an Assistant Principal, you will play a central role in driving organisational change and delivering key projects and policies. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success and development of a dynamic organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead teams, projects, and budgets to achieve organisational objectives.
Develop, implement, and review policies in line with strategic goals.
Advise and liaise with senior management and company directors on performance and operational matters.
Support organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement.
Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
Foster effective collaboration across departments and with external partners.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and budgets.
Strong leadership, organisational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of Irish public sector or business regulations is advantageous.
Competency in the Irish language is desirable but not essential.
