Key Responsibilities
Lead the regulatory authorisation process with the Central Bank of Ireland
Ensure all compliance documentation and requirements are met to a high standard
Support the wider team in aligning with regulatory expectations
Maintain oversight of key compliance areas, including AML, data protection, and consumer protection
Develop and manage the compliance monitoring framework and annual plan
Prepare reports for senior leadership, board, and risk committees
Act as a key contact for regulatory engagement, audits, and investigations
Identify and implement process improvements across compliance and operations
Is this you?
Proven experience in compliance within financial services or insurance
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working within regulatory frameworks and delivering to deadlines
What's on offer
Salary: €65,000 to €70,000
Hybrid working model (2 days onsite in South Dublin)
