Senior Quantity Surveyor Senior Quantity Surveyor required to join one of Irelands largest main contractors on a Data Centre project in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The successful candidate will report to the Commercial Manager for the region and will work closely with the Project Director. Responsibilities: Measure work packages from drawings and apply rates for pricing. Manage project budget under Project Director's guidance. Handle client communications effectively. Compile monthly reports as per procedure. Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings. Resolve client and subcontractor disputes. Submit claims and notices promptly as per contract. Document work scope cost changes, prepare monthly valuations, and final accounts. Requirements: Degree in Quantity surveying or similar. 7+ years experience in a similar role. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills. IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
