Key Responsibilities
Conduct failure analysis through testing, repair, sanitization, and disassembly of Data Center IT servers and networking equipment.
Manage the Warehouse Management System: shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, audits, and proper disposition of parts.
Unload, pick, and pack orders/parts for shipment to local, EU, and non‑EU sites.
Maintain precise inventory records for all inbound and outbound commodities.
Basic Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordination with a manager.
Ability to coordinate body movements when using tools or equipment.
Experience in IT repair, computer hardware/components, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain.
Physical capability to perform group lifts of 40 lbs or more and engage in frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Understanding of shipping and receiving, inventory management, and warehousing practices.
Reach truck license.
Commitment to a culture of safety and security.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
