Night Shift Supervisor
Our client are a leading name in high-quality manufacturing, and they are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join their team at their facility in Kells, Co. Meath. This is an exciting permanent opportunity for a motivated individual to take the next step in their career, playing a key role in leading the night shift operations and ensuring consistent production excellence.
As Night Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee a skilled team, manage workflow, and uphold the commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency during off-peak hours. Due to the location in Kells – own transport is essential
Salary & Benefits:
Monday to Friday 9:45pm-6am
€35,000 D.O.E.
Additional 20% night shift premium. OT premium – time +1/2

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Health & Safety procedures within your team.
Observe machine performance and overall OEE
Prioritise and give technicians tasks in line with SIC (Short Interval Control) priorities
Provide timely and accurate feedback to manager
Motivate and develop production team to achieve their highest potential.
Identify areas for improvement and liaise with managers regarding feedback
Training and development of new procedures and processes.
Develop and maintain visual management boards.
Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance teams to ensure highest quality and output possible.
Use company Workforce Management system to manage holidays and roster changes.
Lead by example to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and attitude.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience at supervisor level in a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience of working with Lean or GMP standards would be an advantage
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in problem solving
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Strong People Management skills
