This leadership role oversees the management of manufacturing process recipes, facility layout and equipment setups for new product introductions and process enhancements.
* Key responsibilities include managing teams to design and optimize upstream and downstream processes steps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or sciences
2. Prior experience in managing engineering projects with success
3. Demonstrated expertise in designing, modifying and optimizing processing systems
