Dispensing Optician Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Dispensing Optician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing aftersales services, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide good levels of customer service at all times.
* Liaise with Optometrists to ensure consistent quality handovers.
* Manage complaints and problem solving in a customer-focused manner.
