Analog Device is seeking a motivated Lead Analyst to join the Sales Operations team in Dublin, Ireland. You will support Xactly OSM (Sales Planning) and Xactly Incent (Sales Compensation) platforms, focusing on system and business process development. Collaborating with Sales, HR, Finance, and IT, you will manage daily operations, automate processes, and drive business improvements. This role offers the chance to engage with high-priority initiatives and work across multiple levels of the organization. Ideal candidates will have experience in Sales Planning and Sales Compensation, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Enthusiasm, proactivity, and value creation are highly valued traits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with HR, IT, Sales and Financeto deliver a best-in-class sales incentive program and ensure seamless data integration and communication.
* Lead cross-functional projectsto implement new features, process improvements, and manage various projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* Analyze, document, and implement business processesand workflows, performing data validation and integrity checks to maintain high-quality data standards.
* Identify, prioritize, and drive delivery of application and process enhancementsto ensure stability and business efficiency, including troubleshooting data issues within sales planning and compensation systems.
* Take ownership of data analysis and reporting tasksacross Xactly systems.
* Work closely with Sales Operations team to support all Sales systems and processes.
* Manage ongoing Sales systems usability and efficiency training, providing support to sales as required.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experiencein a similar role with in-depth knowledge of Sales Operations Systems and Sales Compensation.
* Strong analytical skillsand attention to detail, with proficiency in MS Office Excel; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data simply and concisely.
* Proven experience with Sales systems and data analysis, including proficiency in PowerBI; familiarity with Agile methodology.
* Strong Project Management skillswith the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
