We are currently seeking a Junior Relationship Manager - Asset Manager to join our Sales & Relationship Management team within Clearstream Fund Centre.
Field of activity
The team services Asset Managers globally, from large firms to local champions. Our main product provides access to our distribution platform, especially strong in Switzerland and with key global distributors. We support client stakeholders from sales to operations, helping them maximize our capabilities and resolve issues. We collaborate with internal teams including operations, product, sales support, and legal. We also facilitate introductions for Asset Managers to the full range of Clearstream Fund Services through our 4 D’s: Dealing, Distribution, Data, Digital.
Your Responsibilities
* Assist senior Relationship Managers in daily activities, aiming to independently deliver work packages and develop client contact skills over time.
* Maintain client relationships concerning contract management, service levels, information sharing, and coordinating with internal stakeholders for requests.
* Coordinate the rollout of contract amendments across stakeholders, including operations and distribution teams.
* Support commercial reviews of the client book.
* Manage relationships with Asset Managers to ensure high satisfaction and oversee quality and profitability.
* Analyze market trends for revenue opportunities.
* Support the development and optimization of internal and external processes with stakeholders.
Your Profile
* Ideally 2+ years of experience servicing B2B partners.
* Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, IT, or business administration.
* Excellent client service orientation.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Interest in process optimization and high-quality service standards.
* Well-organized, accurate, proactive, resilient.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams.
* Fluent in English; French, German, or Italian is a plus.
* Knowledge of Banking, Asset Management, and Fund Distribution is advantageous.
* Good understanding of the financial services and funds industry.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
