**Job Description:**
To provide bespoke clinical support to healthcare professionals and staff, ensuring their competence in delivering high-quality patient care. This involves developing and implementing tailored training programs, as well as providing oversight and guidance on operational requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and deliver clinical training programs for community staff teams
* Provide direction and support on policy and procedures
* Assure the competence of healthcare professionals and support staff
**Required Qualifications and Experience:**
Applicants must possess:
* A degree in nursing or a related field
* A training qualification or background in SAMs training
* At least 2 years' experience in a disability service-related management post
* 5 years' experience working in the disability sector
* A valid driver's license and access to a car
**Benefits:**
This role offers a competitive salary package, ranging from €51,280 to €60,391 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, this position is based in a regional office in Naas, with opportunities for travel throughout Ireland.
