Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist
About the Role: This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across all product categories, both at Tirln sites and third-party manufacturing sites. The position involves verifying and signing off product specifications, labels, claims, and communications to ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure regulatory compliance across all Tirln products produced in-house or at third-party manufacturers
* Oversee regulatory updates and convey these to relevant work areas of business
* Verify regulatory information on new raw materials and product declarations from suppliers and TPMs
* Complete regulatory reviews of new products and existing products going to new markets
* Develop regulatory content related to labels, claims, and business communications
* Provide regulatory consult in development of product specifications, claims, labels, services, and communications
* Manage monthly review meeting of day-to-day tasks and Developing Tomorrow projects
* Support management of regulatory share-point and document control for internal documents and SOPs
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in product regulatory compliance and specification management
* Experience in agricultural, food, and dairy industry
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
* Drive for Results; Planning and Organisation Skills;
