An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Representative within a leading international FMCG organisation, specialising in yogurt and desserts, to cover stores across North Leinster.
This role offers the chance to join a high-performing, dynamic team where innovation, customer focus, and career development are at the heart of the business.
It is ideally suited to candidates with 1 to 2 years experience in sales or ambitious graduates seeking to launch their career in FMCG sales, with full training and career progression opportunities provided.

Maximise sales growth opportunities through building strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
Manage a structured and prioritised call schedule focused on driving territory performance.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks, always seeking process improvements.
Provide customer intelligence, market insights, and support on wider projects to the business.
Drive local implementation of head office agreements to maximise in-store impact.
Key Attributes: Passion for FMCG brands, with the ability to excite and educate customers on category potential.
Strong relationship builder with excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
Results-driven with a 'can-do' attitude, taking ownership and accountability for territory performance.
Highly organised, with strong time management and personal efficiency.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to grow skills through training, cross-functional projects, and networking.
Skills & Experience: Full, clean driving licence (essential) 3rd level qualification in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (advantageous) Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to sell using category insights and customer relationships Competent in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail and accuracy Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider team Interested?
