Customer Service Representative
Insurance experience is required. APA qualification is required. The successful candidate will work within the KennCo Insurance customer service department. The role involves dealing directly with customers, answering policy queries, renewal requests, mid‑term adjustments and other insurance matters. You will gain experience in customer service, retention and policy administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Work across personal lines including renewals, mid‑term adjustments and after‑sales enquiries.
* Build rapport with customers.
* Retain existing business and work toward renewal retention targets.
* Keep data up to date on applied Relay systems.
* Handle all customer requests efficiently.
* Provide a high level of customer service.
* Process administrative duties accurately and with attention to detail.
Skills & Knowledge
* Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise daily tasks.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Adapt to fast‑paced environment.
* Knowledge of Applied System (Relay) an advantage.
* Clear and proficient communication and negotiation skills.
* Motivated with a positive outlook.
