Key Responsibilities
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
•Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
•Entertain and host clients through meetings, events, and hospitality to strengthen relationships and enhance client loyalty.
•Create and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
•Collaborate with Managing Director and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies.
•Track and report business development performance metrics to senior management.
•Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to generate leads and represent the company professionally.
•Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate pipeline and contact information.
Key Skills & Qualifications
•Knowledge and experience of residential and hospitality property & Real Estate Investment sector
•Proven experience in Sales
•Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
•Confident in client-facing situations and comfortable hosting professional events.
•Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
•Excellent presentation skills
