* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred;
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a senior-level marketer, preferably within hospitality industry;
* Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and driving results-driven strategies across multiple channels (digital/social media/ email);
