Lead Front Office Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented leader to oversee the front-of-house operations at a prestigious, luxury golf and resort destination in Ireland.
This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver exceptional guest service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day front desk operations, overseeing a team of guest service professionals, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of the daily operations of the front office including reception, guest relations, and concierge services
* Maintenance of the highest standards of guest service
* Training, motivation, and leadership of a team of front office professionals
* Scheduling, team rosters, and department budgets management
* Handling of guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care
* Collaboration with other departments (housekeeping, golf operations, food & beverage) to ensure cohesive guest experiences
* Maintenance of accurate records and reports relating to guest arrivals, departures, and special needs
* Upholding and implementing health, safety, and quality standards across front office operations
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office or guest-facing leadership role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or resort environment
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Proficient in using front office systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and exceed guest expectations
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed
