Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join our client's growing team in Cork.

Your Role:
This role involves cost management on projects at all stages, including pre-contract planning, bills of quantities production, and post-contract recommendations. You will also have opportunities to work on technical due diligence for proposed developments in both public and private sectors.
Required Experience:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (BSc or MSc)
* Chartered status preferred, but working towards it is acceptable
* Knowledge of ARM and preparation of BOQs to ARM
* Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or related field
* Full driving license required
* Previous experience in consulting or contracting environment desirable
* Excellent numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills
* Report writing knowledge essential
* Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
* Understanding of construction projects
* Site visits may be required from time to time
