Sales Order Processor CREGG are proud to partner with our client in their search for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join their operation in Shannon, on a hybrid basis. This a full time, permanent position, working cross functionally to ensure customer needs are met. The Sales Order Processor will work closely with customers and production to ensure orders are entered correctly and material is shipped on time and according to customer requirements Key Responsibilities: Monitoring the sales mailbox or other communication from customers and respond to queries and/or status updates as required by the OTR team lead Managing orders, delivery notes, shipping documents and invoices from the ERP system, taking particular care regarding pricing discrepancies Reviewing orders for accuracy and completeness before processing Liaising with production to advise availability communicating lead-times and delays to the customer Providing effective and timely responses to any customer queries Raising RMAs and credit notes ensuring they are verified and approved and working with customers on any returns Taking part in weekly meetings to review and discuss all open orders Performing various ad hoc duties, including providing support to other departments as needed. Qualifications and Skills: 3-5 years experience in administration/order entry role Be highly efficient and organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) Be confident with MS Office and have previous ERP systems experience (Familiarity with SAP is advantageous) For more information, please contact Gary () with your CV.
