Job Opportunity for German-Speaking Professionals
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team at CPL Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions in Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a major American technology company based in Cork.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Order Management: entry and evaluation of customer orders, acknowledging customers with order receipts and scheduled ship dates
* Collaboration with Level 2 Team: working closely with the team to resolve issues and meet customer needs
* Customer Contracts: understanding customer contracts and quotes related to terms, special instructions, revenue recognition for processing of orders
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English
* Proficiency in Excel (and preferably Salesforce or ERP Software/Oracle)
* Administrative experience in an office-based environment
* Attention to detail
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary between €35,000 and €40,000 (dependent on experience)
