Job Description:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing business through sales activity with B2B clients. This involves managing & sourcing high-quality sales leads, engaging decision-makers, introducing solutions, and generating qualified sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Sourcing and building a database of B2B sales leads
* Completing high-volume outbound cold-calling activity (50+ dials per day)
* Account managing all clients secured, developing long-term relationships, driving repeat business, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* Experienced the full B2B sales cycle - from prospecting and cold calling to negotiating and closing the sale
* 2-4 years proven success in an outbound sales / business development / account executive or agency-recruitment experience
* Demonstrated experience generating new business leads and building sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship development
