Store Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team in Letterkenny. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position working 39 hours per week (7am-5pm Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays 8am-2pm). As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
* Manage store operations, including stock control, forecasting, and inventory management
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
* Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
