Role:
The Territory Manager will achieve sales and market share objectives by selling and demonstrating a range of Ortho Surgical Devices to a specific customer base of hospitals across Territory.
Duties:
9. Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships
10. Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis
11. Assist customers with clinical, technical, and commercial inquiries
12. Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility
13. Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential
14. Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace
15. Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility
16. Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings
Products: Hip, Knee & Spinal Implants
Customers: Orthopaedic Surgeons, Theatre Staff and Procurement across the Territory (Private & HSE)
Experience:
17. 2 – 5 Years Hospital Sales Experience (Surgical Sales)
18. Full Clean Driving License
19. A Nursing (RGN) / Medical background (Desirable)
20. Specific experience with Surgical Orthopaedic Products essential
