Business Development Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through cold calling, achieving and exceeding agreed lead generation targets across various channels, and building relationships with prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engaging with prospective customers via Zoom, phone, and email to understand their business needs and set up meetings with Account Executives.
* Utilizing CRM and task management tools to track and manage lead interactions.
* Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities to communicate value propositions.
* Refining prospecting strategies based on data and feedback.
* Generating new leads from existing client relationships and professional networks.
* Collaborating with the team to plan and execute all lead generation activities, including content marketing, outbound, advertising, events/webinars, and referrals.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as an SDR and excellent communication skills. This is a fixed-term contract lasting 6 months with a competitive hourly rate. We are looking for someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
