Vodafone Business - Operations Executive
About the Role:
We are growing and looking for a high-energy team player to join our award-winning Vodafone account team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an expanding business and play a key role in operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth delivery across the Vodafone account.
· Maintain accurate records and process data efficiently using CRM and data entry systems.
· Support internal teams with reporting and analysis using Excel.
· Liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance with operational standards and timelines.
· Assist in telecoms processing and troubleshooting where required.
· Attention to detail and problem solving
· Enjoy speaking to our customers to ensure they receive excellent service always
Required Skills & Experience:
· Proficient in Excel, CRM platforms, and data entry systems.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Telecoms processing experience is an advantage.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
