Centre Leadership Opportunity
A senior leadership position at our centre in Dublin, Centre Manager is responsible for leading and inspiring passionate childcare teams to create exceptional environments where children thrive through play, exploration and meaningful relationships.
This role involves overseeing centre operations, delivering emergent curriculum, upholding high standards in quality and safety, and collaborating with the Deputy Manager to drive centre development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inclusive early childhood education, in-depth knowledge of current childcare legislation and regulatory requirements, and excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a passionate childcare team
* Oversee centre operations, including day-to-day management and strategic planning
* Deliver emergent curriculum, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for children
* Uphold high standards in quality and safety, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
* Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to drive centre development, achieving goals and objectives
Requirements
* Minimum Level 6 in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7/8 preferred)
* At least 3 years post-qualification experience in an early years setting
* Strong understanding of inclusive early childhood education
* In-depth knowledge of current childcare legislation and regulatory requirements
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
