We are currently seeking Traffic Management Operatives to join our team in Galway.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering ongoing work and opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting up, maintaining, and removing temporary traffic management systems (signs, cones, barriers, lights, etc.)
Ensuring the safety of road users, pedestrians, and site workers at all times
Following all health & safety procedures and site-specific rules
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and the general public
Working flexible shifts including nights and weekends when required
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Valid Safe Pass
Valid Manual Handling certificate
Full, clean driving licence (preferred but not essential)
Previous experience in traffic management, construction, or a similar role (advantageous)
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours
