Responsibilities
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives.
3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Team Management: Manage and grow Ayvens' international client portfolio in Ireland.
5. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and offerings.
Requirements
* Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the vehicle leasing or automotive industry.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales or account management.
* Strong understanding of vehicle leasing products and services.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
