Key Responsibilities
* We coordinate and implement night-time construction activities in accordance with approved programmes and possession windows to ensure timely completion of projects.
* During the night shifts, we supervise site activities to guarantee productivity quality while maintaining a safe work environment.
* The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills with experience in planning and coordinating construction activities at night.
* A background in civil engineering or a related field is essential for this role, along with excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members during evening hours. We also require candidates who can adapt quickly to changing circumstances on site.
Besides managing teams efficiently, one must be able maintain accurate records pertaining data regarding timeliness delays caused by weather conditions which interfere our nighttime tasks performing… till it has reached its goal meeting company objectives as mentioned beforehand!]
