Operational Excellence Lead
This is a high-profile leadership role where you will champion our Business Excellence system and embed Operational Excellence principles across the organization.
You will lead the development of operational excellence tools, methodologies, and mindsets. You will coach teams to build their capabilities in operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Develop an integrated approach to Operational Excellence (OpEx) that aligns with business objectives
* Coach cross-functional teams on OpEx best practices
* Create training programs for employees on Lean Six Sigma methodology
Candidate Requirements:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Industrial Engineering preferred.
