This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Manager with experience managing projects abroad to make an impact in an innovative and growing organisation.What's on Offer:€100,000 - €120,000 salaryPerformance based BonusCompany VehicleYour new role includes:Leading our client's entry into Key European markets, collaborating with the COO and Senior Leadership Team.Identifying, pursuing, and securing high-value projects in the range of €10-20 million, ensuring full commercial viabilityRecruiting, developing, and leading a European-based operations team, including Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and other critical roles.Building and maintaining strategic relationships with developers, general contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders across the region.Driving operational excellence, cost control and risk management while ensuring full compliance with local regulations.Delivering clear reports, strategic planning updates and project reviews to the COO and Senior Leadership.Experience you need:Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior leadership role In the roofing industry, ideally with pan-European exposure.Proven experience launching, growing or managing international operations and large-scale construction projects.Deep understanding of European construction markets, contracts, and commercial frameworks.Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.Full clean driver's licence required.Working knowledge of German and/or another significant European language desirable.What's next:Apply Nowto submit your application and we will be in touch asap for our initial screening.If this role isn't the perfect match but you're interested in similar opportunities, feel free to get in touch
